Come and enjoy a whole new level of fun at Just 4 Fun with our completely floating playground suitable for all ages. Climb, slide, jump and splash on the giant Iceberg with rock climbing wall,the Saturn, the Moonwalk, and Rock, trampoline, see-saws, slides and catapult. A kid's knee deep section with equipment for children under 7yrs is lots of fun for the little ones.

Paddle boats for those who don't want to get wet occupy a 50sq/m area within the park. Sandy beach, swimming area, shady trees and BBQ facilities make this an ideal place to spend the day.

• Directions: Situated on the Western Foreshore, Mandurah
  Only a 50 minute train ride from Perth, then catch the FREE shuttle bus from the station for a 10 minute ride to the Mandurah Foreshore. Stroll across the old bridge to the Western Foreshore. Or a 50 minute drive from Perth down the Kwinana Freeway , exiting Pinjarra Rd follow signs to Mandurah. Continue 10 minutesdown Pinjarra road towards the foreshore. Go across the old bridge to the Western Foreshore where there is plenty of parking. If travelling from the south west on the new Forrest Highway, exit only 45 minutes from Bunbury at Pinjarra Rd and follow the directions above.

Peel Zoo & Botanical Gardens

If the local fishing, surfng, beaches, kayaking & cinema are not enough to keep the kids busy during your holiday break at Lakeside Resort Accommodation Mandurah - we are only a quick 5 minute drive from the famous Peel Zoo. Pinjarra's Peel Zoo and Botanical Gardens has been awarded a Bronze Award for the 2007 Western Australian Tourism Awards in the category of Tourist Attractions.

Pinjarra’s Peel Zoo and Botanical Gardens is only 5 minutes from Lakeside Resort Accommodation mandurah & 10 minutes from Mandurah Central & offers a great range of animals in a modern complex. With seven acres of tropical setting including hundreds of birds, Pinjarra’s Peel Zoo and Botanical Gardens is one place you will want to visit. It is especially popular with overseas visitors and children and provides a great family day out.

The zoo is different to many other zoos because of its focus on interacting with the animals. There are many animals you can feed and cuddle including baby kangaroos, baby deer, goats, a tame fox, ferrets and walk in aviaries. It also offers an extensive collection of native and exotic birds as well as snakes and reptiles. There are animals arriving every week so there is always something to see.

Koalas are also here, as the Zoo is partners with Yanchep National Park for education and breeding. Pinjarra’s Peel Zoo and Botanical Gardens is also the base for the Mandurah Wildlife Rescue Group.

The Zoo are provisional members of ARAZPA and Zoos Victoria.

• Directions: From Lakeside Resort Accommodation Mandurah - when you get to the main road back to Mandurah (Pinjjara Road) - Instead of turning left towards Mandurah Turn right & head towards Pinjarra. The Zoo is only a quick 5 minute drive towards Pinjarra & you will see the signs on the left hand side of the road when you get there.  Finding your way to Peel Zoo from Mandurah is also very easy. If you have a GPS system, simply type in the following co-ordinates. The address is Sanctuary Park Drive Ravenswood, 6208 WA. From the southwest Highway or Central Mandurah Turn into Pinjarra Rd. It is on the left, 10 minutes from Mandurah heading towards Pinjarra OR on the right 2km from Pinjarra heading towards Mandurah. Look for Sutton St where the Golf course is located. Entering on Sutton St, turn right at the roundabout and it is on the left about 200 metres.
