Rates quoted are for a two bedroom apartment sleeping 4 guests. Extra persons will incur a linen charge for pul out bed.

Each apartment requires a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation, or first nights accommodation, whichever is the greater. Balance or Full payment required on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

If a booking is cancelled prior to arrival: A minimum of 7 days notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 7 days, forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled. The balance of any deposit will be refunded.
